In addition to our staff’s experience with the private sector, our ability to develop practical solutions to traffic issues allows us to provide municipal clients with quality traffic engineering. We have worked on transportation planning and traffic engineering projects for a multitude of municipal, county, and state districts.

John Bieberitz, P.E., PTOE has over 18 years of traffic engineering
experience focusing on traffic impact studies, corridor studies, traffic
signal design, and roundabout analysis.
Jeffrey Fait, P.E., PTOE has over 17 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on traffic signal design and ITS applications.
Stephanie Olsson, P.E, PTOE. has over 8 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on signal timing models, traffic impact studies, pedestrian safety studies, and actuated signal timing plans.
Michael May, P.E., PTOE has over 7 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on traffic impact studies, corridor studies, safety studies, traffic calming studies and development of optimal signal timing plans..
Tamara Czewski, P.E., PTOE has over 11 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on traffic impact studies, roundabouts, crash analysis, signal operations analysis, freeway analysis, corridor studies, and NEPA studies.
Don Lee, P.E. has over 12 years roadway design and traffic engineering experience. His traffic experience has focused on signal timing models, traffic impact studies, pedestrian safety studies, actuated signal timing plans, roundabouts, crash analysis and traffic signal design.
John Campbell, P.E. has over 6 years of traffic engineering and roadway design experience focusing on corridor studies, traffic safety studies, road safety audits, Paramics modeling, roundabout analysis, traffic impact studies, and conceptual design comparisons.
Keith Knapp, P.E. has over 18 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on design, safety, and operations.
Amy Pomeroy, P.E. has over 11 years of traffic engineering experience focusing on traffic impact studies, corridor studies, signalized and stop-sign controlled intersection capacity analyses, and development of optimal signal timing plans.
Kathleen Fitzpatrick has over 6 years of Graphic Design experience focusing on transportation planning and traffic engineering documents and exhibits.
Our traffic engineering technicians - Pat, Ron, Lori, Ted, Karen, Jack, Karlyn, Jayne, Larry, Carrie, Lee, Amy, Wally, Mike and Ruthy - have conducted over 100 tube counts, several hundred turning movement counts, gap studies, delay studies, and vehicle classification counts.
